| CHIP provides special instruction and therapeutic services for children ages birth to five with one or more of the following delays or diagnosis: ● Speech and language delays ● Motor or sensory challenges ● Social and emotional issues ● Cognitive delays ● PDD / Autism Spectrum Disorder |
