children ages birth to five with one or more of
the following delays or diagnosis:

● Motor or sensory challenges
● Social and emotional issues
● Cognitive delays
PDD / Autism Spectrum Disorder

Family services are considered to be an integral part of the
program.  All CHIP services are provided at
no cost to families
throughout New York City. Bilingual special educators and therapists
are available in ALL BOROUGHS.
